Vibe-Coding Startup Anything Reaches $100M Valuation
The emerging field of vibe coding—using AI-powered tools to build applications through natural language prompts—continues to generate remarkable growth stories. Swedish startup Lovable previously reached $100 million in annual recurring revenue just eight months after launch, while Replit saw its ARR soar from $2.8 million to $150 million in under a year.
Now, newcomer Anything has joined this explosive growth trajectory, achieving a $100 million valuation after reaching $2 million in annualized run rate within just two weeks of launch. The company recently announced an $11 million funding round led by Footwork, with participation from Uncork, Bessemer, and M13.
Solving the Production-Ready Problem
According to Nikhil Basu Trivedi, co-founder and general partner at Footwork, most vibe coding platforms share a significant limitation: they excel at creating prototypes but struggle to deliver production-ready software. “The problem with most vibe coding companies,” Basu Trivedi explains, “is that they don’t provide all the infrastructure that non-technical users need to launch a functional product.”
Anything aims to solve this challenge by offering a complete toolkit—from databases and storage to payment functionality—that enables users to deploy fully functional applications to the web or submit them to the App Store.

The Shopify of Vibe Coding
Founded by former Google colleagues Dhruv Amin and Marcus Lowe, Anything specifically targets non-technical users who want to build complete web and mobile applications. “You haven’t really seen real businesses built on top of any of these tools,” Amin commented about competing platforms. “We want to be the Shopify of the space, where people build apps that make money on top of us.”
The platform has already enabled users to create and deploy functional applications available in the App Store, including a habit tracker, CPR training course, and hair-style “try-on” application. Some of these apps are already generating revenue for their creators.
From Development Marketplace to AI App Builder
The concept for Anything emerged nearly a year ago, building on Amin and Lowe’s previous experience running a bootstrapped development marketplace that combined AI coding tools with human developers. That business was generating approximately $2 million in annualized run rate, but the founders recognized that generative AI could deliver applications faster and more cost-effectively.
In 2023, they pivoted to developing an AI-powered app-building tool, securing pre-seed and seed funding from Uncork and Bessemer Venture Partners along the way. Their key differentiator: building all infrastructure in-house rather than relying on third-party services like Supabase, which competitors including Lovable and StackBlitz’s Bolt depend on.
